Computer Rescue believes that not all jobs fit the same scale. Therefore, our billing system is designed to take many factors into consideration when calculating the charge for an hourly job. First the technical level of the job itself is weighted. Second the experience level of the technician assigned to the job offsets the rate. Finally the technician provides an effectiveness score for the job – completing the calculation. The result is a fair price for the job actually being done with a maximum of $150 per hour. Most work, when done by proposal, is flat rate. This is not an estimated amount – it is the price. The only exception is when you, the customer, change the scope of the job.

We rely on our vast experience working on systems like yours to guide us in setting fair prices. We can recover “on site learning” costs by knowing that we will do the same work at other locations – allowing us to distribute costs of learning across multiple clients.
